This newly built beachfront home is one of four furnished beachfront villas, all priced at $ 12.75 million, in the new Silversands Granada resort.

The resort, which is located on Grand Anse Beach on the island, includes the 43-room Silversands Hotel. It was built in 2018 and is located behind the residences.

“The villas are breathtaking,” said Kandace Douglas, director of real estate sales and marketing for Silversands Granada. “They have the level of luxury and design that you find in Miami and New York.”

“It’s a trophy property,” she continued. “These are truly some of the best villas in the Caribbean.”

This one, Villa 3, is a short walk from amenities, said Ms Douglas. “It’s a little closer to the action.”

The villa has what they call four master bedrooms, each with its own private entrance, bathroom and outdoor shower. The two suites at the front face the ocean and the two at the rear have private plunge pools.

You enter the villa through an entrance courtyard with a fountain and double doors that open into the hall. To the right is the butler’s pantry and fully equipped kitchen, which includes Poggenpohl cabinets and professional-grade appliances from Gaggenau and Miele.

The lobby leads into the open plan living and dining area, which offers direct ocean views and floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that open onto the pool and large terrace.

Other architectural and design features include king-size platform beds and fully automated bedroom controls, including LED lighting, shades, and air conditioning with individual zone controls. Bathrooms feature limestone floors, Apaiser tubs, floating vanities, and Hansgrohe indoor and outdoor rainfall showers.

The villa has furnishings from Molteni & C, Artespazio, Bruno Moinard and B&B Italia, as listed.

“Everything is personalized,” Ms. Douglas said. “The design is sober to let the ocean and the beach be the stars of the show.”

The 3 km long Grand Anse beach is “superb, with white sand and crystal blue water,” she said. “You can walk right into the water here.”

Statistics

The 4,800 square foot villa features four bedrooms, four full bathrooms, and one partial bathroom. There is a further 2,215 square foot exterior deck space.

Approvals

The villa’s amenities include a large private swimming pool, two heated plunge pools and a terrace with direct access to the beach. Hotel and resort amenities include two restaurants, a cigar and rum bar, spa, fitness center, and extra-long infinity pool.

St. George’s, the island’s capital, “is where the restaurants are,” said Ms. Douglas. “All other hotels are nearby. It is the hub.

Everything is close at hand, she said. “It’s five minutes from the best restaurants, five minutes from the airport.”
